We note with concern that the July session of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights has come and gone without a decision by the IACHR on the future of the Guatemalan "Diario Militar" case ("José Miguel Gudiel Álvarez et al (Diario Militar)," Case No. 12.950). We respectfully ask that you please review the final report on the "Diario Militar" case and work with the Commissioners to recommend the case to the Inter-American Court.
